Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of 团团的云端梦 (Tuantuan Sky Hop), developed and operated by starmore. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy. Use the game only if you can accept these terms under the rules that apply to you; where guardian permission is required, obtain it before playing or purchasing.
1. Using the game
You may use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Please do not cheat, submit manipulated scores, interfere with the service or other players, or copy and redistribute game assets without permission, except where applicable law permits it.
2. Progress and online features
Guest progress is stored locally. Clearing app data or uninstalling may remove that progress. Google Play Games features require an eligible account, compatible device and service availability. Cloud synchronization can be affected by connectivity or conflicts. Global-ranking participation is optional; you may browse without joining, and you can leave and delete your ranking data from Settings.
We may update the game, correct errors, remove manipulated or invalid scores, and temporarily restrict online features to protect service reliability and fair play. Keep the app updated and contact support if your progress is not restored as expected. We do not promise uninterrupted service.
3. Purchases, rewards and the Dream Arcade
Optional purchases, including any no-ads entitlement offered in your version, are processed through Google Play. Review the item description and price before purchasing. Refunds are handled under Google Play's policies and applicable consumer law. Restore eligible purchases using the Google account that made them.
Virtual coins, items and rewards are for use inside the game and have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money or transferred outside the game. The Dream Arcade is a fictional in-game minigame: its draws, costs, winnings, negative balance and stop-loss state use only virtual game values and are not gambling for money or a promise of real-world value. Rewarded ads are optional and depend on availability; a reward is granted when the game's completion requirements are met.
4. Third-party services and your rights
Google Play, Play Games, advertising and payment services are also subject to their providers' terms. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
5. Updates and contact
We may revise these terms as the game changes. The current terms and their effective date will be posted here, with further notice where required.
